US Vinyl Floor Bending / Tread-Match Products warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship resulting solely from the manufacturing process for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from improper installation, misuse, structural movement, improper adhesive application, or failure to follow installation instructions.
All products must be inspected upon receipt. Do not install damaged products. Installation of damaged products voids this warranty.
The existing steps must be flat, secure and free from movement prior to installation. Movement within the existing stair system may cause cracking or splitting of the installed tread and is not covered by this warranty.
All adhesives must be applied in accordance with the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions. Adhesion failures resulting from improper adhesive selection or application are not covered.
During manufacturing, US Vinyl Floor Bending (USVB) will remove existing attached pad material only when it can be easily and safely separated without risk of damage. If it cannot be easily removed, it will remain permanently attached and no further removal will be attempted.
Any removal or modification after delivery is at the sole discretion of the end user and is the responsibility of the installer or end user. USVB assumes no liability for issues arising from retention or removal of existing pad material after manufacturing.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, US Vinyl Floor Bending / Tread-Match Products will provide replacement material and associated shipping costs necessary to remake the affected tread(s). Warranty coverage is limited to one (1) warranty claim per purchase order.
If the original product has been discontinued, the remedy shall be limited to a refund of the original purchase price of the affected product.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDIES STATED ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL US VINYL FLOOR BENDING / TREAD-MATCH PRODUCTS BE LIABLE FOR LABOR COSTS, REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION COSTS, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LEGAL FEES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR HEREIN.
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
